SpringBIG is a wonderful place to work! I have been given many opportunities to grow into my role and enjoy working with a fantastic team of creative individuals. Everyone works hard to make it a great company and a great work environment!

Cons

The challenge of working for a startup is about all I can think of. Yes, there are some technical challenges and we sometimes make mistakes, but it allows us the opportunity to learn and get better every day.
