I was doing cold prep, not with a lot of people, felt like I was the only one, and away from customers.

The training, orientation, and thats it,

Cons

Salads were never free or 50% off, also they hire a lot of people for a small space and end up laying off the hard-working people. Also, manager got mad at me for not smiling much but how was I supposed to fake my happiness when I was alone at times and away from the customers and also interacting with co workers when most of them where in the line, helping customers.

Favoritism. If they don't like you that much, especially when new. Then you barely get hours. Late nights.

I really stand behind everything that sweetgreen stands for. Starting wage is over 9 dollars. Hires enough employees so that people aren't overworked.

Cons

I heard that corporate is really great, but the managers and my location were manipulative.
