Pros

It's great to be a part of a company that truly believes in giving back to the community, invests in its employees fully and wholeheartedly, and gives employees the autonomy to make decisions and empower employees to create their own career.

Cons

We need to do a better job of getting the word out to the community about job opportunities at sweetgreen, and the perks of working for a company with such a unique and wonderful culture.

Pros

What makes working at sweetgreen enjoyable are the coworkers working together to make it all happen, it used to be a happy place but things change.

Cons

The company's main focus was to provide an Eco friendly environment with exceptional service that could compete with chop'd and just salads already established salad bars, however, Now that there are new locations popping up I'm witnessing a trend where the previous store is left to crap while the new store gets all the "hype". This review is particularly written for the New York locations only.

great culture, great mission, great people. for the most part my fellow employees are good to work with. the leaders of the company seem to really care about the employees.

Cons

focused on new stores, ignoring the older stores. all of the excitement in the company is on the new areas like new york and boston.
