Cons

Upper management claim to "keep it real" but they don't.

Pros

What makes working at sweetgreen enjoyable are the coworkers working together to make it all happen, it used to be a happy place but things change.

Cons

The company's main focus was to provide an Eco friendly environment with exceptional service that could compete with chop'd and just salads already established salad bars, however, Now that there are new locations popping up I'm witnessing a trend where the previous store is left to crap while the new store gets all the "hype". This review is particularly written for the New York locations only.

No way to move from store level to corporate level.

Pros

Co- workers and managers were friendly enough and the store was in a good location. Lunches were free and were understanding of schedule outside of work.

Cons

You had no way of knowing how to see what other positions were available outside of store positions. If you didn't have any connections there's was no point of trying to get upper management's attention.
