Pros
Practice what you preach, walk the walk, etc. From our food ethos, to our values, to our employee rewards program to our environmental impact this company truly believes in doing what is right, even if it's hard. I came from a company that had zero structure in place for professional development and growth, sweetgreen has many programs in place to help our teammates and coaches grow. There's a big emphasis on personal development and learning which is hard to find. I wake up everyday energized and excited by what I do. My hardest, most stressful day here has been more rewarding than my best day at my old job.
Cons
The rapid growth is pushing everyone harder than before with new expectations but it's challenging in a positive way. If you are not one that can adapt to changes quickly this may not be the time.
