Best thing about working at Sweetgreen is that it opens your eyes to healthy living

Cons

Honestly it's a bit racist in nyc if your not white or Hispanic you're not going anywhere I've seen people more deserving of promotions get left out because of their race and they're not "buddies" with higher ranking people.

Free salad, nice people to work with, good hours for the right position

Cons

Managers and executives live in a bubble and do not see how broken things are. It's been the same problems for years and no one seems interested in fixing them because everyone is so terrified of the earnings calls. That is what happens when a select few get obscenely wealthy from an IPO when the company isn't even profitable. They stop caring about the people and will cut benefits and jobs just to please investors. And then wonder why the culture has deteriorated...

Feeling like an entitled privileged person who can tell poor people what’s wrong with their lives when you haven’t worked a “job” for a day in your life.

Cons

Dealing with the mad CEO who’s dying to be an inspirational figure when in reality he’s an out of touch, egomaniac with no real impact on any community aside from the crumbs to build an image of a “for good brand” when in reality.
