Pros

- You can work from home occasionally - Good work life balance - Good medical benefits

Cons

- Payed time off is a joke. They say you get rollover days but you only get them in the first quarter - Most management have never managed a team before and are just winging it. - Zero to little training on product. - Worst work environment, you can hear a pen drop its so quite. - Pay is good however, when you start making too much money they let you go. - False hope on any advancement with in the company; you get a new title but no pay increase.

Pros

The atmosphere is relaxed and it seems most people are happy here. It seems clear that the company is trying to do right by their employees, and just need some time to figure out what that means and how it fits into their financial model.

Cons

There is a lack of communication and cohesiveness between departments. Management is inconsistent in their abilities to lead effective teams.

Pros

Before the company was sold, atmosphere was awesome. Employees felt valued. After, I have nothing I can say as a Pro to this company.

Cons

Grotesquely under paid Management works you to the bone, even though the pay is comical. Discourages any kind of friendships in the office Absolutely no opportunity for upward mobility Condescending, rude, disrespectful management who treats their staff like slaves. My last raise before I left was a slap in the face.
