Pros

The benefits were the only good thing because you got PTO first day of hiring.

Cons

Management were so not management! They were people who started with the company and got promoted to those positions due to seniority and not knowledge or experience. Would find any reason to pick with you if you just kept to yourself and did your job. They demanded you be sociable amongst the team even when they wouldn't talk to you either way or cared! Only advancement opportunities were if someone quit or was fired in a hire position. Managers don't know how to communicate at all. Are very unprofessional in every aspect along with the employees they hire. Little pay for a lot of stressful work and not necessarily stressful work but more so the environment and coworkers.

Pros

The customer service team is great. There is no drama among each other. The benefits and 401K are great as well. The current CEO buys lunch often.

Cons

They are very hard working but severely under paid. It is not even competitive to other credentialing companies. There is not much room to grow unless somebody leaves. This is not to say that there are not openings to move to different departments but within the CS department, not so much. The company used to be about the customer but is now about the revenue. When the CEO came in, he grew the company but knows nothing about healthcare, only about growing the company. There are no bonuses for the CS department either. The raises are comical. There is always more work given but the pay does not reflect that.

Pros

Great products and there are still some loyal team members hanging on for dear life. They are open to employees working remotely.

Cons

Because of management most of the great development team have left or looking. They now only hire friends for senior management or overseas for technical and sales positions.
