a few pros, pay and workload depending on position.

Cons

HR department is terrible. Management is bad and the whole company basically moves off politics. It’s all about who you know and are buddies with, skill doesn’t matter. And management up there has sexual relations with entry level employees.

Great benefits, steady work environment, good pay.

Cons

If you know someone you’re untouchable. HR team never backs the supervisors when it comes to issues with employees which causes the employees to consistently overrule what their sup says and go over their heads. There is no training…. Train as you go. Bad rapport throughout the building Favoritism !!

The "operators" are fun to work with.

Cons

Absolutely toxic work culture. Management are typically without a college degree so they feel as though they have something to prove. Most of them are totally inept and incompetent and it shows. However, logistics is a tough industry so the absurd hours/demands, low pay and lack of intelligence should have been expected.
