Hours are absurd. 11 hour days with various shifts (days, nights, afternoons etc) and every Saturday is a potential work day

Have a serious criminal record...then you'll fit right in. Long and miserable hours guaranteed. Eventually you get to clock out and go home.

Cons

You're just a replaceable tool. Top priority is money not the customer or employee. Pays well below fair market value for all jobs. Management far from fair or transparent. Too many upper managers and focus groups. Does not reinvest in itself. Behind in technology.
