Pros

The people were great to work with, the job was bareable because of them. The jobs were labourious but thats why I was there. The pay was decent.

Cons

The company was always creating situations where people could be fired. Creating documents that seemed to say you were agreeing to wave your benefits but not pointing out that the words on the paper also meant you were waving your job. Essentially tricking people into quitting so the company didn't have to fire people. This is one way they skirted the rules between the union and the company. People call this place "the synchole".
