Good pay, good benefits, friendly employees, not a very dirty warehouse to work in

Cons

Despite being a large scale logistics company, their poorly trained management is buckling under pressure to find or customer's inventory reliably. Their processes and methods to provide the right part to the right place at the right time in the right quantity in the right condition at the right cost are not taken seriously by management, as a result we are losing our relationship with the customer and we will likely be out of work when Syncreon loses the next bid to a more dependable logistics company.

After working with them for over 2 years I am happy to say they have no pros.

Cons

Very low pay,no feeling at all that the management want you around. More than happy to pressure you into working 7 days and outrageous overtime with no benefit. No night shift allowance for full time members of staff. Far to much politics to get a simple project complete with very little progression available. Very unprofessional all round.
