decent pay, kept you busy, lot of overtime, the on the job training was very good actually and the trainers knew their job very well.

Cons

long hour, stressful, very demanding job, job was lost due to Chrysler plant going away. Not what I would call very stable work.

wages are competitive, workplace is pleasant and holiday/vacation policy is generous. Company is willing to be aggressive to seek new business

Privately held by a family. It is a large mom and pop company with family members firmly in control. Because Corporate HR has taken a back seat to family ownership there is no management succession, no organizational development and little if any training.
