if you don't know somebody in a position to hire you full time i wouldn't bother with this place.

its a job....but not a career....i couldn't see anyone being able to support a family at a job that has no interest in investing in the futures of its employees

Cons

Syncreon has a very high turnover rate because this company seems to be just fine with training good hard working people only to keep them as temporary employees. They do this to avoid giving pay raises and providing insurance as well as paid time off. I've never worked at a place where the management changes so much and is so unorganized

Serving a Fortune 100 customer without the proper WMS system or processes

The company brought on high caliber leaders to strategically improve their national footprint.

Cons

WMS.....no such thing and handicaps the WH. No solid process to translate customer orders.

As the company is growing, various departments are growing further apart.. Too many policies are being enforced....
