Consistent hours, nice people for the most part, some managers are good, convenient commute for most chicagoland areas

Cons

Everything else. Bad customer relationship, horrible office politics, serious inequities between departments, they don't hire temporary employees, serious lack of training for both customer and in house, hire downright stupid people, value time with company vastly more than intelligence or contribution

-The working people are very talented, but walk a tight rope so they dont get fired -Beautiful facility in Auburn Hills Mi

Cons

-Long hours, expected to work at all hours, no telephone no desk computer and still expected to perform job. Job description changed from interview once on board. Cold HR staff probably because they let alot of people go. All Europeans in Upper Management and they don't promote Americans. No open dialog and you better say yes to everything or get shoved out the door
