Poor management, lots of back stabbing with management and hourly employees. Absolutely no employee appreciation. If your not in the good ole boys circle expect to have a hard time.

Favoritism/ unfair firings and write-ups.(a lot of bad things get swept under the rug). AWFUL communication. Clueless management with huge egos. My site didn’t follow corporate policies. Leads and supervisors are very overworked.
