Pros

Location from my home...Nothing Positive about this company

Cons

Upper Management and HR do not exist. They have different rules...intimidate, humiliate and under mind long term employees which know more than them. Both groups are a bunch of paper pushers, whom can speak with buzz words and bend all rules for their benefit. Managers cannot perform the jobs of the personal they manage.

Pros

Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

I am very surprised the company being a Global Company that let's the Managers treat their employees with such dis-respect and keep them onboard. Shame on the upper management for allowing this after so many claims have been filed with HR. The company needs a total rehaul from the CEO down to all the Directors for allowing this. I would not recommend ANYONE to this company, take your talents elsewhere.

Pros

nothing really positive other than this can be considered warehouse bootcamp

Cons

Syncreon will lie/cheat there customers and employees. Their reporting system is horrible and is created by people who know nothing about excel. the way numbers are reported are inaccurate and inconsistent. They will lie to there loyal customers and charge them so that other tasks and or customers can be worked on- They expect to run multi client facilities with the same exact people and headcount used for other accounts. Leading to burn outs/Long hours and obvious mistakes. If you are in management you are expected to work 12 hours + as well as being on stand by at home and checking emails and answering calls. They will lie to there customers about there ORG charts- they will show key positions covered in all aspects of the business - yet those key positions often do not exist and are completely false. They will tweak customer numbers and KPI's to show they are meeting them when they really are not. They will set unrealistic internal KPI's which do not relate to the official contract and will hold you accountable to the highest degree- not realizing there own business and time consumption that certain tasks actually take. Upper management lies so much that they eventually believe in them or completely forget what they said and agreed to. When a key employee quits they will lie to the customer and say that they are on PTO. They are afraid to death to report anything bad or negative back to the customer for some odd reason- and they expect you to also lie to them creating awkward and uncomfortable situations. Often times you have no idea how to respond since the customers are not dumb and want the truth- yet your higher ups are scared to death to report any truth- even if the situation can be worked out. In order to succeed you must be a yes man and or puppet. if you are not a puppet you will have a target on your head. you will be on specific peoples radar until you dumb your self down or stop questioning there ridiculous business practices. They will take advantage of there customers by charging them for OT Labor to complete other tasks and duties because of there lack of headcount or common sense. Zero training on all levels. Why? The place runs like a sweatshop- you have no time to train-the people they bring in from staffing agencies are hit or miss- the other reason why- is because everyone is afraid of losing there jobs- so no one will help you succeed or get ahead. Stay out of this mess. Instead of admiring your talent and helping you progress- they will use every ounce of energy you have and suck all the life out of you if you are even somewhat capable to operate on your own.
