Pros

The best part about working at talentReef is that your contributions and accomplishments are recognized by everyone in the company, starting with the CEO. talentReef is a fast-paced organization and is growing and hiring rapidly. This presents lots of opportunity for promotions, as long as you are up for the challenge. The company has a work hard/play hard culture, and everyone gets along really well.

Cons

Being such a fast-paced, results-driven company means there are high expectations for achievement. You will not survive this culture by putting it on cruise control. With that said, if you're up for the challenge, you will experience lots of recognition, rewards, and opportunities.

Pros

JobApp was a breath of fresh air after working in the corporate world for numerous years. The environment at JobApp is fast-paced and you have to be willing to work hard, but with that hard work comes great reward. I have worked for lots of different organizations in my life and I would say I am happiest at my new role in this company. I have exposure to executive management, I am learning a great deal about what it takes to grow a new company and a new organization, I like the product we are selling, I like that everyone wants to make it successful and it feels wonderful to feel like I am actually making an impact on the business.

Cons

If you aren't outgoing, motivated, driven, dedicated, then this probably isn't for you. It is not a 9 to 5 job. If you want to just work and leave it behind you in the evenings or the weekends, then this isn't for you. There is a passion to want to succeed and a motivation that is required to work at JobApp. You have to be ready to accept change weekly if needed to take the company to the next level.

Pros

The company does a great job developing its employees and actively promotes from within. As an entry-level employee I came to the company with little experience but have been given the opportunity to succeed through diligent training and very approachable senior employees. Expectations are high for employees, but if you are willing to work hard as you gain experience you will be rewarded later. The company is growing very rapidly and the new management team has great experience in the industry.

Cons

The company has handled the move to a new Denver office well, however, some previous employees have struggled with the change.
