      Pros

      There's a chance for growing a career if you can handle the job.

      Cons

      The training program they have is not enough to prepare you for the actual job. You have to be able to cope up and learn along the way. But you are already expected to perform at the same time so the pressure you'd feel and the stress it brings you is really high. Only a few were able to stay longer, most would give up in weeks.
