I admit that I learned a lot and have grown a lot because TalentReef had a fast-paced environment where we were always pushed to strive.

Cons

I came to a point where everything became unbearable that even when I was striving and trying hard, I still wasn't able to cope. My health suffered and I started to dread my work which obviously led to me quitting.

Pros

The company does an amazing job with choosing who gets to work here. Here you’ll find some of the smartest people in the industry. The management knows how to take care of their employees and as long as we put in effort and produce, we’ll have no issues here. Intelligent and really kind CEO makes everyone feel welcome no matter their position. Working here is a real pleasure and I’m happy about my future with this company.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any major issues that I would consider cons, and I’ve been working here for a couple of years now.

Excellent opportunity to innovate with a team of dedicated professionals. This allows us to improve on our current work processes and make the work easier for everybody. Flexible and understanding management. We never had any problems expressing our concerns. Overall, a healthy and productive work environment.
