talentReef was my first real job coming out of college. John Raeder, CEO of talentReef, welcomed me with open arms. I started off in our entry-level position (Customer Support) and was promised I would be promoted within 6-12 months. I was promoted within 6 months and am thrilled to have been offered such a rewarding opportunity. John has opened up great opportunity for my future and has also allowed me to explore traveling in a professional setting. I have recruited and referred many friends to talentReef and will happily continue to do so!

Cons

Having a good attitude goes a long way. If you don't have a good attitude you can really drowned in your daily tasks at talentReef. talentReef is growing at a fast pace which can cause your stress level to rise quickly so that great attitude will keep you afloat.

talentReef's best-in-class products are winning the HR technology market within the Service Industry. This leadership position is driving significant growth and a positive work environment. It's an outstanding place to work if you are willing to work hard and are a team player.

There aren't any tangible cons. As long as you have a solid work ethic and a positive attitude, you will experience significant personal and professional growth.

Everything. It is an exciting place to work with lots of growth and happy people. The CEO is extremely involved and and engaged with the workforce. He still hires every person at the company, and make time to anyone who needs help or just wants to talk. Also, some of the best company gatherings I've see, but a lot of that is because the people who work here are such cases a pleasure to be around.

Cons

Don't really have any...It'd be nice to have free bagels every morning
