      The executive team is constantly removing any barriers for our potential clients and our sales team to bring forth a mutually beneficial product offering. Commitment to client success is the driver of everything we do, and it comes through in the on going support and client expectations that we deliver upon. The company is committed to promoting within, and developing people from the ground up. Almost everyone starts in Customer Service, so they can learn the business from every aspect, and so they understand that our clients success is our number one goal.

      Pros

      You can get a lot of responsibility really fast, mostly because experience doesn't matter and if you're well liked and play the game the right way you'll get promoted. You will probably be the VP-ofsomething, since almost everyone is, and that can help on your resume when you start to look elsewhere. Commissions are paid quickly... Oh and if you're in sales, you don't have to be that good, because you can promise almost anything to a prospect and nobody in the company cares, its a 'sell it cheap, sell it fast,' atmosphere where sales doesn't have to take the fall for overselling the product, the customer does when they realized what they actually bought, so that helps in closing deals. Sales is king here - so that's a definite Pro if you get on that side of the fence. Also, the office is in Cherry Creak, a pretty cool part of Denver and you are close to Whole Foods, the Cricket, the mall, and tons of botiques so great lunch and shopping options everywhere

      Cons

      This one's simple, start with the problem, the very top of executive management. When the company's hiring strategy is to hire young, that way the top executives can continue to be abusive, disrespectful, and cruel without any consequences or challenges to their authority because no one knows any better, or is too afraid to say something, you know you have a leadership problem. Don't expect help unless its a close friend or your attorney, don't expect your manager (if you have one) to care or do anything, and don't expect things to get better until the top executives move on. The top of the sales team is pretty much a figure-head, so don't expect to ask for marketing support, coaching, time, and actually see anything happen. Its also hard to keep up to date on the actual software since so many promises are made to clients and then changed, that we never really know whats happening or why

      Fast-paced with lots of opportunity and high expecatations

      Pros

      The best part about working at talentReef is that your contributions and accomplishments are recognized by everyone in the company, starting with the CEO. talentReef is a fast-paced organization and is growing and hiring rapidly. This presents lots of opportunity for promotions, as long as you are up for the challenge. The company has a work hard/play hard culture, and everyone gets along really well.

      Cons

      Being such a fast-paced, results-driven company means there are high expectations for achievement. You will not survive this culture by putting it on cruise control. With that said, if you're up for the challenge, you will experience lots of recognition, rewards, and opportunities.
