After working 10+ years in the HRTech industry for both big and small companies, the change of pace at JobApp has been nice. The work is challenging yet rewarding, and I honestly believe that my opinion is valued. Though the term "work hard, play hard" is often over used, it is an accurate statement at JobApp. People who work hard get rewarded. It is exciting to see the company grow. The potential is truly endless for the employees and the company.

Cons

If you don't like growth and a fast paced environment then JobApp isn't for you.

Pros

Great place to work! From Development to Implementation it is a solid group of extremely talented people. Fun, fast-paced work environment. Those that work hard are rewarded and your contributions are valued. Work/Life balance is also a huge plus at this company. Excellent sales support team; everyone here will stop what they are doing to help each other out. This company is growing rapidly; it is exciting to be part of the success.

Cons

Company experienced major changes last year with a new CEO and headquarters moving to Denver, CO. Transition is always tough and it was not welcomed by all.

Pros

This is a great company to work for and be a part of a success in the making. The senior management team has a proven track record of growing a company into an industry leader. I come to work excited every day because I can see that I am part of something great. A very open door policy where ideas and new ways of doing things are always welcomed. After working for some of the biggest IT companies in the world, this is a new and refreshing place to work where my voice is heard.

Cons

No sushi bar, no onsite spa.
