Terrible Communication and Awful Leadership Were Two Reasons That Forced People to Leave

If I am writing an honest review here, I'll be honest and tell you that I found no reason to be happy here.

Cons

The inter-departmental communication was the worst. People were never on the same page, creating unwated chaos for employees and clients. The management was poor at organizing and streamlining things, but their arrogant attitude prevented them from seeing their own mistakes. It was better to avoid working here than hope for a change that would never come.

Pros

Working in a collaborative and positive team was a good, but unfortunately it wasn't the kind of team I was working with.

Cons

The horrible pay was demotivating to employees and the brutal loads of work made it so much worse! Stress was everywhere including aggressive and toxic people!
