If we were machines, the pay could be enough to maintain us, but we're social human beings!

This company's management treats employees terribly like a mindless cog in a machine! All we needed was to get oiled to keep us going, not thinking that we could get stressed, mentally exhausted, or just awfully TIRED!

It could have been a good place to work if the management had even some basic sense. Sadly they didn't have that!

Cons

If you put too much pressure in anything, it simply breaks. The same happened to employees at talentReef. The top management was arrogant enough to think whatever they wanted must happen. So, these evil people pushed employees to chase insane targets. It led to a stressful, exhausting, and demoralizing experience for employees. The smart one left, and it led to a high employee turnover. The awful management still didn't change its attitude. It was ridiculous!
