Love the people, love the mission--to help patients receive satisfactory home health care.

Cons

It's a business. The people care, but the company itself cares more about money than people. Sometimes they make poor business decisions. There is a strong sense of stressful urgency most days. Company shifts fast. Speedy growth causes instability. Unable to rely on any promises.
