At tango we seek to recruit and on-board clinicians who are subject matter experts in the field of home health. We provide a comprehensive training and mentorship program to all staff initially and on-going. We are a growing company and we welcome and celebrate when staff seek to grow their skillsets and communicate career goals with us. Outside of traditional utilization management, we have opportunities in education, and our care coordination department and are proud as many of the folks who have transitioned into these roles are veteran tango employees seeking to take on new opportunities and grow.
