Best place to work

Pros

The LEGO Group is ahead in many areas, and the fact that it is family owned by a family with great passion for creativity, kids and children's development makes the general perspective long term rather that short-term profit oriented. In the technology area there is a strong and interesting technology/digital strategy (and investments) for the coming years. Strong and visible values including e.g. caring, which makes it a great place to work.

Cons

Strong network based and collaborative working culture can make decision process slow.
