A very inclusive and open culture that you feel from the moment you start. There are lots of initiatives that you can get involved in to contribute to the family feel. On a personal level your given the space to develop yourself and in a way that’s right for you with good blended learning approach. Tech/ tools for the job are good

Decision making can be slow... Career progression is lacking

Value based family owned company that wants a better world for children by making the best toy in the world. A very well meaning and caring company culture. Attracts great people from all over the world in a very inclusive and eclectic melting pot. Supports all employees on a personal level.

Cons

Nothing to be honest. It's a big company and sure there can be a lot of processes, but I've never been happier working for any other company.

I have gained 12 years work experience before joining LEGO, experiencing several different companies (small & big) before and I can definitely highly recommend LEGO as an employer. You feel in your daily work life and relationship with colleagues that you work for a family owned company with very important values and a bigger purpose.

Cons

Internal talent management & career planning has gotten better over the past years, but this could be further improved
