Pros

Who doesn't like LEGO? The products are awesome, designers building those products are even more awesome. That is one big luck for LEGO. Plus couple of people on top who come up with really good visions, sadly though they are not persistent in pushing them through the lower levels.

Cons

It's all about politics. It doesn't matter how much and how good you work. If you can navigate thick net of politics you get ahead. If not or you are disgusted by it, then there is very few people appreciating your good work. All the senior managers and directors think about KPIs delivering their bonuses. That affects any innovative thinking. After all it's too risky to implement new things if it endangers your bonus. Even if it may prove to be good for the company in the end.

Pros

The benefits are fantastic - absolutely world class - and they're a recognizable brand. Guaranteed, if you tell someone "I work for LEGO," you'll get a fun response out of them.

Cons

LEGO is a very top-heavy company. They're slow to adapt to changing market conditions, and as a result, sometimes it'll feel like you're moving in slow motion compared to the rest of the world. You work on LEGO, and what LEGO eventually decides is the right move - not what the rest of the market is reacting to.
