clean, decent pay, kids are sweet

Cons

Overhired, They went all the trouble to hire me just so I can tutor a single student each week. No curriculum or anything they expect you to just come up with something to teach or walk your student through whatever free online course you want, which is not the most difficult thing to do but there is zero standardization it just seemed a bit lazy.

Fun to work with kids and make games with them, everyone is very nice and friendly, pay is decent for a part time teaching job

Cons

can get stressful when parents are not satisfied with your teaching, some kids learn faster and other kids learn slower and when they are paired together becomes challenging to give equal attention and parents complain. Have to come up with your own projects, last minute schedule changes very frequently
