Pros

Fun to work with kids and make games with them, everyone is very nice and friendly, pay is decent for a part time teaching job

Cons

can get stressful when parents are not satisfied with your teaching, some kids learn faster and other kids learn slower and when they are paired together becomes challenging to give equal attention and parents complain. Have to come up with your own projects, last minute schedule changes very frequently

Incredibly supportive management, casual working environment, supportive coworkers, and a dynamically shifting list of tasks that always keeps the job interesting.

Cons

The after-school nature of the coaching sessions means that, for part-timers, hours can be limited during slower seasons, and may be soft-capped to 5 hours a day maximum, depending on the season.
