Pros

1. Work environment is fantastic. 2. Compensation is not bad. 3. Very open in welcoming professionals, japanese or foreginers. 4. Flex time

Cons

1. At least for my case, I had really bad work-life balance. Single-handedly worked the job for ~2 person's normal workload. 2. At least for my case, I felt the rewarding and promotion scheme should be improved. I am doing probably ~80% tasks of a group leader when my job grade was way below than that of a leader. (1 main reason why I resigned) 3. Internal processes needs improvement (heads up to people who can bring change, this is a great opportunity for you)
