too many processes to follow

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

rewards achievement, both financially and via promotions

Cons

no synergy, too many people have a say in how things get done. this leads to confusion, conflicts and ultimately the client suffers the consequences. example: operations bonus (profit) mostly conflicts with sales bonus (revenue.) takes too long & too many people are involved in simple processes. example: takes 3 people to order parts. takes 3 or 4 people to approve a sale. cumbersome & inefficient.

Pros

Great bonus program and benefits.

Cons

They claim speak up culture but when you do it's against you. Senior management do not engage their employees and culture is the good old boys network.

Be afraid, be very afraid

Pros

Pay is good, bonuses good but not worth the poor management

Cons

Who you know not how you perform, ever changing priorities, unethical treatment of customers, do not do what they are contracted to do, talk about caring for employees but really don’t, reorganize every 2-3 years, obsessively profit driven, discriminate against older people with higher salaries
