Pros

Joined this company 4 months before I am enjoying working with the people here. Don't know why some people have given negative reviews. Maybe they had some issues with someone. They are hiring a lot of people for many new projects now. Fast growing company Full of youngsters Don't see too much politics in the company Full support for employees during this COVID time

Cons

The salary date is between the 3rd and 5th of every month. It will be good if it is on the 1st of every month. Still, it is not bad.

Pros

This company is good for people to learn new technologies. You can add more skill sets to your career as the managers will encourage you in cross upskilling. You get freedom from management for work on additional technologies than your project. this is also a challenge because you might have to spend additional hours to get trained in new techs. Leads and managers also are helpful, at least in my department. Compared to my previous organisation I dont notice too much politics I heard from my colleagues that they get a surprise bonus which is not part of the salary offered. I hope I also get, but they say it's purely based on performance.

Cons

Freshers salary is less when joining. Juniors should be given better training before putting them in demanding client calls.

Pros

Good career growth if you are good at Maths and Science. Almost all colleagues from my batch are in United States, tringapps acted as a springboard for their international career. I have subscribed for notifications and realized that someone is ranting against my company, could be someone from my team. Same time of the year when low performers are axed. Not surprised to see toxicity but I think managers should respond to such rants. Let me share some numbers - In last one month around 21 people have been let go of, simply because of performance reasons. Further, the company is moving big time into AI, and most who have been let go of were either from engineering (with low maths / programming skills) or low performers in the content team. Imagine you are part of the content team, and your entire job is to write good quality content, and you constantly keep on copy / pasting content from here and there, don't you think it is but fair to fire such people? I think it is very fair.

Cons

Low threshold for low performers. Maybe processes can improve.
