Lot of projects to join and make some money

Cons

Unorganized system, confusing test instructions Sometimes they reject your test case and you dont get paid even after you spent hours on it

Run Like Hell

Pros

Front line Managers (in delivery) are excellent. Supportive of team. People are fun- usually because we are all in the same hell boat.

Cons

Don't trust judgement of employees Will do anything to retain a customer- even when it hurts their bottom line Terrible Upper Management. Complete disconnect Harassment, passive agressiveness, bullying all the norm. No training- unfavorable outlook on learning- expected to just know things SVP is incredibly cheap, and non communicative Offer "WFH" but underlying current of discontent if actually taken Sales team has no idea what they actually selling- and post sales is left to clean up the mess, and harassed if they don't retain customers. Product is never updated- at one point key product feature broke was not fixed for a quarter. Culture is non existant.
