Pros

Free working time - work whenever you want. You are able to find some testing cycles for any time you want, because utest has customers in Europe

Cons

No one care about yu. TTLs are rude and overestimate themselves. Project leaders don't care about any situation you have, in case of a problem with TTL they always make decision in TTLs favor, no matter what hapened.

Pros

- Decent pay and benefits, but below market rate. - Good overall service offering. - A great marketing team who are willing to step in and help whenever they are needed.

Cons

- Toxic middle management, who disparage and demean their subordinates to other employees behind their backs. - A variable comp plan which doesn't kick in until a very high threshold of target revenue is achieved. The details of which won't be disclosed until after you have been hired. - Expect long hours, well and above 50 hours a week, including weekends and nights. - If you part ways, don't expect a penny in severance and your health coverage is terminated immediately. - A CEO who has never once said hello or bothered to ask who I was we would pass in the halls
