Pros

Good products, good energy in the major corporate locations. Fun place to work at if you are located at a company office. Healthcare benefits are great.

Cons

Management could be more responsive to employee suggestions. Compensation plans for sales teams are very limiting and they look for ways to avoid paying sales people.
