Variety of tests and projects. Great team of test leads and project managers. Excellent community forum.

Cons

Sometimes the reasons they reject test cases or defects are not in line with what was expected from the tests.

Pros

Well structured work platform. Wide range of projects. Work at your own pace and time. I love the fact that I usually can work when I want and hand pick projects. It gave me an opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

Competitive market a lot of tester are available for testing a project, it's hard to be between the first ones to accept a project. Unstable income, some projects generate good income, some none. Not full time
