Pros
I’m approaching three years at Applause and truly believe in the company and its vision and am proud to say I work here. I have faith in the executives and know they are working towards everyone’s best interest. They value my opinion and inputs and I feel like I have a voice here at Applause. I feel the company is very vested in my career growth, I have been promoted and see a path for my future here. We have a very diverse and open culture and it makes me want to get up and come to work each day. We work hard but have a lot of fun too. We have social gatherings at work and outside of work that allow us to get to know our co-works which brings a sense of friendship and comradery that I haven’t felt at other companies I’ve been employed at. It allows for better collaboration and cross departmental communication which is very valuable and helpful for all to be successful. Not to mention great benefits, 401k match and an unlimited vacation policy!
