- You will learn a lot from expert testers around the globe - Good Pay on projects - You create your own schedule. - Having fun while working!

Cons

- Less sleep (only if you want to participate on more projects but this is optional) - Earnings depends on the number of projects you are getting - You need to be really good to Excel at uTest (might be a good thing)

There is a lot of flexibility in regards to how you work. If you are independent you have freedom to execute your work how you see fit. The benefits package is good. Management is slowly learning and improving

Cons

Management doesn't really think things through when launching new initiatives, they create a half baked solution, throw it to the world and rely on everyone to clean up their mess. Management doesn't appreciate or value employees Lots and lots of overtime that is not appreciated Poor career growth, they promote from the outside.
