Pros

out of Boston, so no need to commute on the dreaded Pike fun co-workers

Cons

management expects you to always be online working - even off hours from home / mobile poor middle management horrible work/life balance adheres to the "no time off policy" policy - meaning they claim you can take as much vaca as you want, but you're pressured to always be working and they don't bank any unused hours that will get paid out upon leaving

Run away, unless you have no other options.

Pros

- Decent pay and benefits, but below market rate. - Good overall service offering. - A great marketing team who are willing to step in and help whenever they are needed.

Cons

- Toxic middle management, who disparage and demean their subordinates to other employees behind their backs. - A variable comp plan which doesn't kick in until a very high threshold of target revenue is achieved. The details of which won't be disclosed until after you have been hired. - Expect long hours, well and above 50 hours a week, including weekends and nights. - If you part ways, don't expect a penny in severance and your health coverage is terminated immediately. - A CEO who has never once said hello or bothered to ask who I was we would pass in the halls

Pros

Being part of a dynamic company revolutionizing mobile testing. Good culture, Great sales leadership, Good benefits.

Cons

Typical growing pains for an emerging start up - fine tuning sales process, messaging, and streamlining overall delivery. The pros far out weigh any cons.
