decdent pay - ok benefits - co-workers are all pretty nice. new facility that is decorated well and good perks in the kitchen

Cons

management, favoritism, benefits and not much room for advancement unless you're a brown noser. also expect you to work well past business hours without extra pay.

Highly autonomous, great people, the finest product in the industry. Great training, great pay. The best job I have ever had. They treat you great and in turn I strive to do great work
