- Interesting product with cutting edge technology - Smart people (for the most part) - Open to negotiation - Treats engineers / software developers well

- Not flexible - Worse than average work/life balance - Unreasonable expectations from management

Pros

Incredibly ambitious data scientists/engineers/business people trying to solve a very real and hard AI problem. The product is fascinating and the growth opportunities (both professionally and personally) are ... well... the sky's the limit ;). Everyone is very collaborative, knowledge sharing is fluid, and backgrounds are eclectic. It's easy to learn something new every day, and it doesn't even have to be job related.

Cons

Not really any downsides. This is the first review I've written on glassdoor but it's because I felt strongly about this company.
