Pros
The people here are incredibly smart. Everyone here believes in what we are trying to accomplish as a team and works really well together. Coming from a massive company, it is refreshing that there aren't any egos and that everyone genuinely wants to learn from each other and listen to one another.
Cons
You work a lot-- but that's what you sign up for when you come to a startup :) Doesn't really feel like a con though if you enjoy the work.
