Our next speaker at the 2022 Leadership Summit is Hannah Azhang: Teammate Experience Ambassador! Hannah graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Psychology and Applied Psychology before joining the ABC team. She started with Action Behavior Centers 5 years ago as an RBT in Austin, Texas. Since then, Hannah has grown and amplified her impact on ABC in considerable ways. She has been in the role of ABA Technician, Trainer, Recruiter, and Human Resources Generalist, all while inspiring those around her with her grace, emotional intelligence, and true compassion. Today, as Teammate Experience Manager, Hannah leads ABC forward by promoting, advising, and training fellow leaders on best practices for all things Teammate-related. She will be speaking at the summit on "Growth of Yourself: Understanding Your EQ" with Sharon Alpizar, Chief People Officer. One of our first speakers is Sharon Alpizar, Chief People Officer of ABC. Sharon will be speaking about "Growth of Yourself: Understanding your EQ". As the Chief People Officer, Sharon is accountable for attracting, developing, and retaining talent as well as ongoing HR operations at Action. Sharon brings over 15 years of multi-site HR experience from NBC Universal and DaVita Kidney Care. Sharon is passionate about developing an inclusive community of mission-oriented individuals. She works closely with clinical and business leaders to develop career pathways and support the growth and development of our teammates.

The village build-outs are perfect for pretend play - creating a unique, imaginative experience for our children to engage with.
