Our GM, Ryan Eckert, presented at the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) American Innovation in Recycling at the Smithsonian museum to recognize our donation of the Prolerizer shredder. ♻️ As Ryan said in his speech, “this is more than just a piece of equipment—it represents a turning point in how we think about sustainability, resource efficiency, and innovation in steelmaking.” Teammates from Advantage Metals Recycling, DJJ, Trademark Metals Recycling, River Metals Recycling, and Western Metals Recycling came to D.C. to celebrate the donation to the permanent collection of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. While in D.C., they were given a tour of the U.S. Capitol from Former Congressman Greg Harper (MS), and were able to meet their respective representatives. We’re grateful for the opportunity to speak about the importance of our recycling facilities, and it’s innovation in steel production!
