Global news travels fast. Introducing our bold new 787 global aircraft design—inspired by the aurora borealis. More than just a sleek new look, it’s a symbol of our evolution—a reflection of where we’ve come from and a bold step toward where we’re going. This stunning aircraft design comes to life on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner fleet, with its long-range capability, superior fuel efficiency, next-generation technology, and award-winning suites—opening up new possibilities and exciting new destinations. And starting spring 2026, say hello to London, Reykjavík, and Rome! Routes subject to government approval.
We couldn’t be prouder to cap off the year by investing in our people with the largest payout in the history of our Performance-Based Pay (PBP) program. This year, the payout is more than 11%, or roughly 6 weeks of additional pay!

"This innovative new partnership with Bilt will enable our guests who rent to get even more value from their Alaska Visa Signature card and builds upon our industry-leading loyalty offering,” said Brett Catlin, vice president of loyalty, alliances and sales at Alaska Airlines. “Our guests can use their miles for travel on Alaska and our oneworld and additional global partners to 1,000+ destinations across the world.”
"I have worked for other companies before Alaska and just felt like an employee number as a Black woman. Here with Alaska Airlines, it was really becoming a leader and working within the ABEA (Airgroup Black Employees, Allies and Advocates) business resource group (BRG) that helped my voice to be heard as a Black person, especially a Black woman. I always have a voice. I always can share how I'm feeling, what I'm feeling. But the BRG really gave me a platform to be able to use my voice for advocacy, for allyship, to be able to use it to spread joy, love, and education about the Black community. To work for a company that wants to hear your voice, it can be very overwhelming in a good way." - Afton H., Customer Service Agent & Chair of ABEA BRG
