Congratulations to the graduates of the 10th class of the Developing Emerging Leaders (DEL) program, a six-month intensive leadership course for potential future leaders who embody Alaska and Horizon values. This winter’s DEL participants join nearly 300 nominated Alaska and Horizon employees who have graduated from the program since it began in 2010.
