These kids' dreams are taking flight - especially after a recent visit to our West Coast Training Center! A special group of youth from Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada joined us for a day full of fun, friends, and aviation. They got to meet some of our crew members, explored our training facility, learned about some of the ways we keep our passengers safe, and even got to check out one of our flight simulators alongside an Allegiant captain. Needless to say, they earned their honorary Allegiant wings! Learning opportunities like this are part of our Allegiant Aviation Journey, a new STEM-based educational program we developed in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Combining hands-on learning and educational materials, it promotes careers in the aeronautical sciences to children of all ages. #TogetherWeFly #GreatFutures

Say "hello" to a very special group of prospective Allegiant pilots! Recently, we welcomed our very first group of CFIs (certified flight instructors) from the Altitude Pilot Pathway for a special visit to our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. During the trip, they got a taste of life at Allegiant as they toured Allegiant aircraft, spent quality time with our leaders, learned about commercial airline operations, and even got a hands-on experience in a flight simulator. Custom-designed by Allegiant and Spartan Education Group, the Altitude Pilot Pathway is a comprehensive pathway combining flight training, ground school, Level D jet simulator training, and leadership training at McAir Aviation in Broomfield, CO.
